Welcome to one of Napa Valley’s premier Wine Club Memberships, and thank you for your interest! Members of our Wine Club receive a guaranteed allocation shipment of our highly sought after wines twice per year. Our wine club is fully customizable, non-committal, and requires no down payment. Club members will receive advance pre-release early bird access of upcoming wine releases as well as special offers. We have two Wine Club options for you to choose from: CLASSIC and ELITE.

Our Classic Wine Club members will receive 6 bottles in the Spring and 6 bottles in Winter (12 bottles annually). The Elite Wine Club members will receive 12 bottles in the Spring and 12 bottles in Winter and will also receive guaranteed access to limited-production, member-exclusive wines (24 bottles annually). LIMITED PRODUCTION WINES (ELITE ONLY): Exclusive Member-Only releases of ultra-small production wines including the Hertelendy Legend Cabernet Sauvignon and the Heavy Metal Cabernet Franc.

PREFERRED WINE PRICING: In appreciation of your ongoing loyalty and support, we extend preferred pricing to our club members on purchases of our current release wines. Classic Club members receive 10% and Elite members receive 15% savings (exclusively produced Elite Club member wines are not discountable).

SPECIAL SHIPPING RATES: Elite Club members receive COMPLIMENTARY shipping on all orders of 6+ bottles of wine (including their bi-annual Club Shipments). Classic Club members receive $20 ground shipping on 6+ bottles of wine.

COMPLIMENTARY TASTINGS: With our small 750-case annual production, tastings are private and by appointment only. However, once your club membership is active (upon receiving your first club shipment), you are invited to enjoy our exclusive tasting experience. Elite Club Members will enjoy complimentary tastings for the member and three guests (whereas Classic Club Members will enjoy complimentary tastings for the member and a guest). Four complimentary tastings are granted per year, advance reservations are required, & appointments are subject to availability.

LIBRARY VINTAGES AND LARGE FORMAT WINES: Our extremely limited production of large format bottles means they are not offered to the public. While they are generally used for charity auctions, we are now making them available to our Club Members. 

EXTENDED ALLOCATION: Classic Club members receive an additional 6 bottle extended allocation if they would like to procure it, and Elite Club members receive an additional 12 bottle extended allocation. You’ll have premier access to any available wines beyond your allocation.

There will be two shipments a year for the two club levels.

Due to our limited supply, some of our wines are only available exclusively to Wine Club Members. This allows you access to procure an allocation of limited-released Hertelendy wines without going through the waitlist process.
